You’ll learn the steps of the process, why each lineage requires its own assessment, and how this approach can help you hold your center in uncertain times. We’ll practice simple grounding exercises together and reflect as a group, so you leave not only informed but resourced.

Deepening builds on the Foundations workshop and takes you into the direct experience of ancestral lineage healing. We begin with a private 1:1 assessment session to find a safe starting point and identify which lineage to work with first.

Then we gather online for a live Zoom group workshop where you’ll learn to engage your inner senses to connect with well ancestors, initiate healing, and begin integrating their blessings into your daily life. You’ll be supported by live facilitation, grounding practices, and the collective presence of others walking their own parallel paths.

Prerequisite:

  • Completion of Foundations

  • 1:1 assessment session before the group workshop

Format:

  • Step 1: Private 1:1 session with Aarti (online or in person)

  • Step 2: Live online group workshop via Zoom (recorded for later viewing)
