Private Practice

Deepen Your Practice. Expand What's Possible.

Your practice is more than the methods you've learned. It is shaped by how you listen, what you notice, how you respond to complexity, and the possibilities you can recognize in the people and groups you serve.

I work with facilitators, coaches, therapists, educators, and other helping professionals who want to deepen their understanding of their work, explore new approaches, and develop greater confidence and flexibility in their practice.

Together, we examine what's happening in your work, experiment with new possibilities, and strengthen your capacity to meet complexity with clarity, creativity, and skill.

Ways to Work Together

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION

PRACTICE CONSULTATION

Sometimes a particular client, group, or situation raises questions that your existing training doesn't fully address.

A private consultation offers space to explore what's happening, examine different perspectives, recognize patterns, and discover new possibilities for your work.

Together, we can explore challenging dynamics, facilitation choices, professional boundaries, or questions about your approach — drawing on systems thinking, somatic awareness, restorative practices, and experiential learning.

COLLECTIVE LEARNING

WORKSHOPS & PRACTICE GROUPS

Some of the most valuable professional learning happens when practitioners come together to explore questions, share experiences, and experiment with new ways of working.

I design and facilitate experiential workshops and practice groups that integrate dialogue, movement, reflection, and collaborative learning.

These gatherings create opportunities to strengthen facilitation skills, explore group dynamics, practice working with conflict, and expand the range of approaches available in your professional work.

What Are You Navigating in Your Practice?

Even experienced practitioners encounter moments when familiar approaches no longer seem sufficient. A client or group presents something unexpected. A recurring pattern becomes difficult to understand. Or your work is evolving, and you're beginning to question how you want to practice.

These moments can become opportunities for deeper learning, greater flexibility, and new possibilities.

You Might Be Navigating:

A Challenging Client or Group Dynamic

Something isn't shifting, familiar interventions aren't working, or you're uncertain how best to respond.

The Limits of Your Existing Training

Your current methods have served you well, but you're encountering situations that call for a broader range of approaches.

Professional Boundaries & Responsibility

You're navigating complex relationships, competing needs, questions of accountability, or the tension between supporting others and allowing them to find their own way.

Your Own Patterns as a Practitioner

You're noticing how your assumptions, habits, reactions, or ways of relating influence the work you do.

A Shift in Your Professional Identity

Your practice is evolving. You're questioning what you want to offer, how you want to work, or what kind of practitioner you're becoming.

A Desire for More Creativity & Aliveness

You want to bring greater spontaneity, embodiment, play, and experiential learning into your work without losing rigor or depth.

You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem. Sometimes the most valuable inquiry begins with something you've noticed but don't yet understand.

3 MONTH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Practice Mentorship

Deepen Your Practice. Expand Your Capacity.

Your practice is more than the methods you've learned. It is shaped by how you listen, what you notice, how you respond to complexity, and the choices you make when familiar approaches no longer seem sufficient.

Practice Mentorship is a three-month, individualized learning experience for facilitators, coaches, therapists, educators, and other helping professionals who want to deepen their skills, explore new approaches, and grow in their professional practice.

Rather than following a predetermined curriculum, we begin with your actual work — the clients, groups, situations, questions, and possibilities you're encountering.

Together, we examine your existing strengths, recognize patterns that may be limiting your effectiveness, and explore new ways of seeing and responding.

Our work draws on experiential learning, somatic awareness, systems thinking, restorative practices, organizational development, and participatory facilitation. Depending on your interests and needs, we might explore group dynamics, professional boundaries, difficult conversations, embodied presence, creative facilitation, or the integration of new approaches into your existing practice.

Throughout our time together, you'll have opportunities to reflect, experiment, practice, and apply what you're discovering in your professional life.

When the Methods You Know Are No Longer Enough

There may come a point in your professional practice when the approaches you've relied on no longer seem sufficient.

Perhaps a client or group presents a challenge your training hasn't prepared you for. Perhaps you're beginning to recognize limitations in a methodology you've trusted. Or perhaps your own understanding has evolved, and the way you've been working no longer reflects what you know to be possible.

These moments can be unsettling, particularly when your professional identity has been shaped by years of training, experience, and commitment to a particular approach.

But they can also open the door to deeper inquiry.

Rather than abandoning everything you've learned or rushing to acquire another technique, we can explore what's emerging, question familiar assumptions, and discover new possibilities.

Professional growth isn't always about knowing more. Sometimes it's about becoming capable of seeing differently.

This Work May Be A Fit If:

You're an experienced practitioner who wants to keep growing — not simply by adding more techniques, but by deepening your understanding, expanding your perspective, and discovering new possibilities in your work.

This mentorship may be right for you if:

  • You're encountering the limits of familiar approaches and want to explore what else might be possible.

  • You're navigating challenging client or group dynamics and would benefit from thoughtful reflection and new perspectives.

  • You want to understand your own patterns and how they influence your presence, decisions, and relationships with those you serve.

  • You're curious about integrating different disciplines, including somatic awareness, experiential learning, restorative practices, and systems thinking.

  • You're evolving as a practitioner and questioning how your professional identity, values, and approach are changing.

  • You want more creativity and flexibility in your work without sacrificing depth, discernment, or professional rigor.

  • You value learning through experience and are willing to experiment, reflect, and integrate what you discover.

You don't need to abandon what you already know. The invitation is to discover what else you might become capable of.

  • “Aarti has a remarkable ability to help you see what you've been missing. She doesn't simply offer advice or another technique. She asks questions that shift your perspective and help you discover possibilities you hadn't considered. I came away with a much deeper understanding of my own practice.” — Amber N., Professional Coach

  • “Working with Aarti expanded my understanding of what facilitation can be. Her ability to bring together movement, dialogue, systems thinking, and experiential learning helped me approach my groups with greater creativity and confidence. The learning was immediately applicable to my work.” — Abby C. Facilitator

  • “What I appreciated most was that Aarti never tried to make me practice like her. She helped me recognize my strengths, question some of my assumptions, and develop an approach that felt genuinely my own. It was both challenging and deeply empowering.” — Nancy R, Therapist

Not Sure Where to Begin?

You may be curious about expanding your practice but unsure whether you need a single consultation, ongoing mentorship, or an opportunity to learn alongside other practitioners.

Perhaps you're navigating a particular challenge, exploring a new direction, or simply sensing that there's more to discover in the work you already do.

We can begin with a conversation about where you are in your practice, what you're curious about, and what kind of support might be most useful.
